About A Mind Field

Welcome to A Mind Field!

A Mind Field is a collection of help at a basic level. The basic level is where the foundation to everything is. Basic may be a basic word but remove it and things can get pretty complicated! The book, A Mind Field, will be released later in 2016. Please register in our newsletter to be kept informed. See chapters below.

It all started in my late twenties, when I began a file, writing on bits of paper – matters to do with purpose, life, motivation and the power of the mind.  The deep pulling to explore the vast ocean of untapped capabilities that lay within was relentless.  Whilst having this strong pull in one direction, I was also attracted to the good life that financial success brought, and so I pursued a career in business… climbing high on the ladders of success and free falling off the cliffs of failure.

The high ladders of business meant swimming with hungry land sharks everyday – not something that could be done for extended periods, without any personal impacts.

I was wining and dining with CEO’s and Leaders from most of the ‘Top One Hundred’ largest institutions in the country. Before long, I was receiving requests from outside of Australia with the potential to enter emerging countries and duplicate my services.

Then a tragic incident stopped me abruptly in my tracks and I found myself at that fork in the road.

I had reached and touched the sky and even rearranged some clouds. I also trawled the depths of the ocean never seen by Christopher Columbus!

Space & Time

Needing space, I packed the car and went deep into the forest… near a flowing stream. I set up camp and within hours of being alone and immersed in nature, I took out my lifetime file of notes dating back to when I was in my twenties… and the first lines to A Mind Field… were written. Over the following couple of years, I sold all my business interests and left my playground, the bright lights of the city, for a return to nature on a country property. A property we named Dadirri, meaning ‘a place to drink from your inner spring’. You can see more on Dadirri in the A Mind Field Weekend Page.

The programs I’ve developed, have worked for me, they have worked for others and now I’d like to share them with you.

Who am I?

I am not a medical person and I’m not a scientific person. And I’m not someone who went and sat on a mountain, crossed legged, humming with a mouthful of mung beans. I don’t claim to have a magic potion and I don’t believe anyone… has all the answers. But what I can offer are my experiences, my mistakes, my lessons learnt… I can offer you some bypasses I found… bypasses from the congested traffic of life… bypasses to help avoid some of the pot holes and sharp bends that life can throw up at you. I can offer you some reminders… reminders that have been clouded by our demanding lives. Reminders of some of our inbuilt capabilities which we all have… and a simple map to reignite some of those built in Apps, downloaded at birth.

When Christopher Columbus set sail, he was on a voyage of discovery. We too can set sail on our voyage of discovery. Discovering some of the vast oceans of wealth that lie within us. And in so doing, discover new lands within, fertile lands where we can plant our crops and reap bountiful returns, to nourish us, to heal us, and allow us to reclaim and to regain the course towards our natural destinies.

And with that, I thank you for visiting and I hope we could both walk in each other’s company soon.
