Energy

One part of the jig-saw puzzle is energy. You see I believe that there is energy, both positive and negative everywhere and that we have the capacity to absorb this energy. What was absorbed by us is then reflected in our moods. Just think of an invisible vacuum cleaner attached to us… and when we are open to it, we can just suck it all in.

Your mind has recorded the surrounds where most of your dark moods took place, where you were sad, where you were angry and where you were crying… all of it… and whenever you are in those familiar confines it becomes comfortable again within that environment and says, ‘Yeah I know this place and what happens here’, and just draws from the last energy you left there. The old energy that you left there since the last time is hungering for a home, like a thick cloud, a dark cloud.

You can feel this energy in many public places and buildings. The compounding energy of a multitude or crowd of people allows you to get an overview, a feeling. Ever wandered into a town and immediately felt, “Hey, I don’t like this place” and you need to get out of there. A feeling of just yuck! Ever saw or met a person and felt, “There’s something about that person that I just don’t like”. You can’t pin it but you’d rather be gone.

Think of how serene it feels in a church or place of worship when you walk in. You feel the peace. People went there with good intentions and with those good intentions they left some good energy there. Energy which you pick up on and it can give you comfort. They didn’t sit there and say, “Hey God, I hate so and so and can you give us some more AK47’s and bayonets!”
How about the energy in a courthouse, police station or funeral parlor for that matter? You start to taste apprehension or sadness for some reason, just by being present there.

In the same way, the bad energy that you left at your kitchen table or bedroom is just waiting to be picked up. To make it worse for you and easier to pick up, the energy you left there would have your signature on it, your DNA, and like Cinderella, it would be the perfect fit! All you had to do was show up! Before long you sucked it all in and are back to square one.
In the same way you pick up negative energy, you can pick up on positive energy.
